"Sagra della frittella al cavolfiore". Fried cauliflowers in a flour batter with cinnamon and sugar (or salt). Distributed piping hot.

Benediction of the animals. The locals bring their pets and farm animals to church for a blessing!
The local cowboys (butteri) strut their stuff, plus a bonfire. (At the same time, there's also the Cauliflower Festival.)

"Nitriti di Primavera"
A relatively new horse fair with numerous stands, entertainment, restaurants and cowboy (butteri) shows. In the Tuscania Nature Reserve.

Procession of Corpus Domini
The streets are blanketed with a layer of colourful flowers overnight, forming beautiful images to the surprise of all the next day.

"Paesaggi di Suoni" art festival
Concerts, contemporary dance, exhibitions... The concept (first edition in 2004) is to wed the marvellous settings in and around Tuscania with the artistes' performances. Music and art enhancing the panoramas, rich architecture and quaint corners of Tuscania.
