Wine for all palates
Bianco, Rosso, Rosso Novello and Rosato,
all coming in sweet and dry versions.

The vineyards spread across the countryside
around Montalto di Castro and Tarquinia,
continuing along the coast right down to Civitavecchia
and Fiumicino, as well as up the Cimini
and Tolfa mountains.
Montepulciano and Sangiovese (min 60%) plus
Cesanese (max 25%) grapes are used to produce
the full-bodied red and rosé wines;
Trebbiano Toscano/Giallo (min 50%) and Malvasia
di Candia/Lazio (max 30%) for the delicate
white wines.
The vines are grown on volcanic soil, giving
the wine that special oomph. |
